Sweet Herb Potpourri
- 1 pt. pineapple mint leaves
- 1 pt. apple mint leaves
- 1/2 c. spearmint
- 1/2 c. salvia
- 1/2 c. sweet basil
- 1/2 c. oswego tea
- 1/2 c. sweet majoram
- 1/2 c. sweet woodruff
- 1/2 c. lemon balm
- 1/2 c. lemon verbena
- 1/2 c. pineapple sage
- 1/2 c. clary sage
- 1/2 c. rosemary
- 3 tbsps. lavender blossoms
- 2 cardamom seeds and pods crushed
- 10 coriander seeds, crushed
- 1 tsp. sweet basil
- 1 oz. powdered orris root for a fixative
Combine the ingredients and let them blend for a couple of weeks in a large sealed container before packaging in glass jars.
