Bread Dough Ornaments
Mix 2 cups flour, 1 cup salt, 1 cup water. Knead the dough 2 or 3 minutes until pliable. Roll a portion of dough 1/8" thick on a floured board. Store remaining dough in a covered bowl to avoid drying out. After cutting or shaping ornaments place on a cookie sheet. Bake ornaments at 200 degrees for 8 to 10 hours, so they dry rather than cook. Allow ornaments to cool thoroughly. Sand edges. Decorate, paint and varnish
